20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults belonging to 20-30years of age group, who are satisfying the criteria for diagnosing as pre-diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who suffer any chronic diseases or are currently on medicines that can increase blood sugar levels such as steroids. Pregnant women. Person who has left the area and not available for follow up. Participants who are satisfying the criteria for diagnosing as diabetes.
