Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients age 16-65 years 2. patients who can continue follow up for 4 weeks 3. acute ankle sprain grade I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Ankle sprain grade III 2.Ankle fracture 3.Multiple injuries 4.Known allergies to latex 5.Neuromuscular disorders 6. joint disease 7.Cannot cooperate 8.Consent denial
