Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA) at the Police General Hospital between 2023 and 2025. 2.Surgery performed using the subvastus approach 3.Aged between 55 and 95 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of blood clots (thromboembolism) or easy bleeding (bleeding diathesis), those currently on antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications, or patients with a history of major bleeding. 2.Secondary OA knee 3.Baseline Hb < 11 g/dl 4.History of cancer, metabolic bone disease, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), or cirrhosis. 5.Patients at risk for acute myocardial infarction (MI), ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, or deep vein thrombosis (DVT). 6. Patients with documented allergies to common perioperative analgesics and antibiotics such as Celebrex, Arcoxia, or Fosfomycin, where suitable alternative medications are unavailable.
