Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 years 2. Presence of completely erupted, caries-free right and left first permanent mandibular molars 3. Molars with deep, retentive pits and fissures assessed during clinical screening 4. healthy Volunteers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any systemic disease that could affect salivary flow or oral health 2. Presence of parafunctional habits (bruxism, clenching) 3. Evidence of early childhood caries in permanent molars 4. Any dental developmental anomalies (amelogenesis imperfecta, dentinogenesis imperfecta) 5. Partially or completely impacted permanent molars
