Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients diagnosed with bilateral plantar fasciitis aged over 20 years old, 2) never been treated for plantar fasciitis prior

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with plantar heel pain from other diseases ex. calcaneal stress fracture, tarsal tunnel syndrome 2) patients who are unable to perform knee flexion over 90 degrees or ankle dorsiflexion 3) history of previous foot and ankle surgery
