Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult caregivers aged 20 years or older, 2) self-identified primary caregivers of older adults with disability, 3) caring for the care recipient for at least 12 hours per day or 6 days per week for at least 3 months , 4) living with older adults with disability, 5) nonprofessional caregivers, 6) internet and tablet or smartphone accessibility in the household, and 7) willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) having disability and 2) 60 years and older.
