3 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children having at least one active dentine carious lesion in a deciduous tooth . 2. Teeth that were restorable and free from pulpal involvement. 3. Cooperative children capable of tolerating simple clinical examination and topical application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of systemic illness or long-term medication. 2. Known allergy to fluoride, silver, or colophony-based agents. 3. Presence of deep carious lesions with pulpal involvement or abscess.
