4 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy participants aged between 4-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Resting heart rate over 120 bpm 2. Uncontrolled blood pressure (> 180/120 mmHg) 3. History of neurological problems e.g., stroke, brain injury, cardiovascular problems, mental health. Pregnant woman
