Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OB resident physicians, totaling 28 individuals (14 PGY-1 residents and 14 PGY-2 residents) 2. No previous experience performing amniocentesis in twin pregnancies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to complete the training with the model until consistent success is achieved 2. refuse to continue training with the model until completion 3. refuse to participate in the research until the end
