Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and above 2. Able to walk independently without using any walking aids 3. Do not have musculoskeletal disorders that affect exercise performance, such as muscle inflammation or bone fractures 4. Do not have neurological diseases, such as stroke or Parkinson disease 5. Do not have cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, such as asthma or heart disease 6. Do not have visual problems such as blurred vision or double vision; wearing glasses or contact lenses is acceptable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate and follow instructions 2. Had cognitive impairment, as assessed by the Mini Mental Stage Examination-Thai version 2002 (MMSE Thai 2002), with the following score criteria: Individuals with no formal education: less than 14 points, Individuals with primary education: less than 17 points, Individuals with education above primary level: less than 22 points
