7 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Children who have been diagnosed with thalassemia. 2. Children who have received continuous treatment and blood transfusions at least twice at Phrapokklao Hospital. 3. Children who are able to communicate and/or complete the questionnaire by themselves, or with additional explanation from their parents or guardians. 4. Parents or guardians provide consent for the child to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Children with other chronic comorbid conditions that may affect quality of life, such as heart disease, chronic kidney disease, or cancer. 2. Children with developmental or intellectual impairments who are unable to complete the questionnaire. 3. Children who are in an acute stage of illness or are physically or psychologically unfit to participate in the study during the data collection period. 4. Children who experience blood transfusion reactions or exhibit abnormalities during blood transfusion.
