Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults above 18 years old. 2. Experiencing typical GERD symptoms (e.g., heartburn, acid regurgitation). 3. Diagnosed with erosive esophagitis LA classification grade A to D confirmed by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy within 14 days prior to starting study treatment. 4. Patient with positive CLO test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gastrectomy 2. Known case of Baretts oesophagus, eosinophilic oesophagitis, malignancy, or recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding. 3. Known hypersensitivity to tegoprazan, esomeprazole. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients who are already on PPI treatment for within 7 days prior to the study.
