Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The children with complex communication needs aged 3 to 12 years old (i.e., intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, autism, and acquired disabilities who have developmental delay in receptive language (developmental age of 6 months or less which be able to look at spoked people and presented objects) and language expression (developmental age of 24 months or less which be able to speak words or phrases more than 10 words). The children will be evaluated their development using the Developmental Surveillance and Promotion Manual (DSPM), the Thai Early Developmental Assessment for Intervention (TEDA4I), by physician's diagnosis with severe developmental disorders of speech and language (ICD-10 code F80), or communication level lower than 6 (unable to communicate verbally or do not produce meaningful sounds). 2. Children do not have visual or hearing impairments. 3. The parents are consented to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with epilepsy and persistent symptoms. 2. Parents request to withdraw during the study.
