Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent petrol station staff 2. Worked at the petrol station for at least one year prior to the study 3. Able to understand either English or Malay 4. Age 18 years and above 5. Working as a general worker within a similar exposure group
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed rheumatological disease or spinal disease as confirmed by a doctor 2. Previous accident or sudden injury unrelated to work that affects the musculoskeletal system 3. Undergoing treatment for serious illness such as cancer or mental illness 4. Pregnant workers
