Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. an age of at least 1 year 2. complete follow-up data for at least 12 months 3.congenital ptosis had poor levator function
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of previous eyelid surgery 2.syndrome-associated ptosis (e.g., Blepharophimosis Syndrome, Marcus Gunn Jaw-winking ptosis) 3. co-existing ocular conditions affecting vision (e.g., glaucoma, corneal disease)
