Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai nationality 2.total hip arthroplasty (unilateral)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.diabetes poor control patient 2.Autoimmune diseases patient 3.cancer patient 4.smoking 5.atherosclerosis Buergers disease or chronic venous insufficiency 6.body mass index more than 35 7.steroid use patient
