Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurse anesthetist trainees enrolled in the 2024 academic year at the Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University 2. Mentor nurse anesthetists selected by the Nurse Anesthetist Training Committee at the Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers are not interested in participating in the project.

Mental Health Indicators 5 assessments over 1 year (every 3 months) Burnout (Thai version Burnout Inventory, 22 items), Depression (PHQ-9 Thai version, 9 items), Resilience/Mental Strength (Thai Mental Strength Assessment, 20 items),personality traits at baseline Personality traits using the IPIP-NEO Thai version (30 items)

Learning Performance During the training period and at the final examination Exam scores from the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand,Satisfaction with mentorship system every 3 months atisfaction score on a numerical rating scale (e.g., 0-10) using a questionnaire developed by the investigators.
