Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurse anesthetist trainees enrolled in the 2024 academic year at the Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University 2. Mentor nurse anesthetists selected by the Nurse Anesthetist Training Committee at the Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers are not interested in participating in the project.
