Participants will receive cognitive training on standing desk with balance pad 40 min/session, total 12 sessions,Participants will receive cognitive training on standing desk 40 min/session, total 12

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than or equal 65 years old 2.Prefrailty, defined by Fried frailty phenotype, requires meeting 2 out of 5 criteria (shrinking, weakness, slowness, exhaustion, low activity level) 3.Have mild cognitive impairment 4.Who are able to stand at least accumulative 40 min per day 5.Willing to join research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to stand or walk without gait aids 2.Musculoskeletal problems interfere with standing 3.Has history of joint replacement (hip, knee) within 6 months 4.Neurological diseases (stroke, PD, TBI, MS, etc.) 5.Diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer disease and Alzheimer disease related disorder 6.Unstable medical conditions 7.Participate in other research about exercise activities or cognitive training
