Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged more than 18 years) diagnosed with MM who are transplant eligible 2. Underwent auto-HCT during January 2021-December 2022 in historical cohort 3. Underwent auto-HCT since Janurary 2023 in prospective cohort
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MM patients who declined transplantation 2. Severe cardiac dysfunction, defined as left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% 3. Extensive dental pathology (eg, multiple active caries) requiring prolonged treatment
