Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents with rigid cerebral palsy 2. There is no limitation on the range of motion of the shoulders, elbows and wrists that affects forward and sideways reaching, and there is no limitation on the range of motion of the hips, knees and ankles that affects flat travel. 3. Able to walk on a level surface independently or with a walking aid for at least 1 minute. 4. Able to communicate and understand 5. Understand, listen to instructions, and exercise according to the program provided according to the requirements of education 6. There are no restrictions, underlying diseases or complications that would be an obstacle to exercising. 7. Parents signed consent to participate in the study. 8. Consent and willingness to participate in the research until the end of the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have seizures that cannot be controlled with medication 2. There are cognitive disorders such as deafness and blindness. 3. Have respiratory diseases such as chronic lung infections 4. Received botulinum toxin injections or had surgery for muscle stiffness within 3 months before entering the study. 5. There is excessive muscle stiffness that prevents one from exercising according to the study requirements.
