Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with or without hemorrhagic shock at the time of admission to the Trauma Intensive Care Unit or the Trauma Surgery Unit, Phrapokklao Hospital. 2.Ability to communicate in Thai, including communication through family members. 3.Patient and/or family member provides consent to participate in the study through written consent, verbal consent, or affirmative non-verbal consent (nodding).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who required cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at initial presentation. 2.Patients receiving palliative care. 3.Patients who are unable to provide information and have no family member available to provide consent.
