Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged aged 18 years or older with positive high-risk HPV scheduled for colposcopy; recruitment after Ethics Committee approval. 2.Not pregnant and no menstrual or abnormal vaginal bleeding at the time of examination. 3.No history of cervical cancer. 4.No intravaginal medication or lubricant use within 3 days; post-antibiotic treatment for abnormal discharge allowed if in follow-up. 5.Able to communicate in Thai and provide written informed consent after understanding study information.
