Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 25 to 50 years. 2. Able to stand, walk, and sit independently during testing. 3. Participants who understand and provide informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have participated in regular resistance exercise training continuously during the past 1 year prior to the study. 2. Individuals who have experienced knee pain within 1 month prior to participation. 3. Individuals with any conditions affecting exercise performance, including: 3.1. Neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or peripheral neuropathy. 3.2. History of any type of cancer. 3.3. Peripheral vascular diseases such as deep vein thrombosis. 3.4. Chest pain at rest or during exercise. 3.5. History of myocardial infarction or stroke. 4. Individuals with contraindications to exercise according to the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) guidelines. 5. Individuals taking medications that may cause dizziness during exercise, such as anticonvulsants, antidepressants, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, or antihistamines.
