Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients who are in need for bilateral premolar teeth extraction for orthodontic purposes. 2 patients who meet the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I category. 3 patient with good oral hygiene. 4 cooperative patients who are welling to participate and attend all the follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with bad oral hygiene. 2 smokers. 3 alcoholics. 4 patients who underwent chemo/or radiotherapy in the last 2 years. 5 localized or generalized infection. 6 pregnant, lactating, or women at menstrual period at the time of extraction.
