Testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT) is a highly curable malignancy treated with surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. While survival rates are excellent, many survivors experience significant long-term toxicities that affect quality of life. Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included if they meet all the following criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years at the time of diagnosis. 2. Histologically confirmed diagnosis of a testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT). 3. Received chemotherapy treatment and achieved a complete response (CR) with no residual disease. 4. Treated and registered in the Ramathibodi Cancer Registry database at Ramathibodi Hospital between 2009 and 2019.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to be contacted or followed up for data collection. 1. Ongoing treatment or presence of residual disease at the time of evaluation. 2. Death prior to study evaluation.
