Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years or over 2. Able to walk independently without a walking aid 3. No musculoskeletal disorders that affect exercise, such as muscle strain, fractures, etc. 4. No neurological diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease or Parkinson's disease 5. No cardiovascular diseases, such as asthma or heart disease 6. No vision problems, blurred vision, or double vision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. visually impaired or completely blind in both eyes 2. bedridden and unable to move 3. Parkinson's disease 4. Alzheimer's disease 5. mental health problems 6. severe musculoskeletal problems that limit exercise 7. communication, hearing, and speech problems 8. unable to providing information 9. unable to exercise independently 10. Unable to complete the exercise program
