Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria consists of 1) Age between 18-59 years and working in the industry for equal or more than 6 months 2) Able to communicate in Thai language 3) Have a smart phone and can use Line application 4) Exposed to noise of at or above 85 dBA averaged over 8 working hours in a workplace 5) Being a person with a normal hearing level, that is having a hearing level of less than 25 dB(A) in all frequencies tested at both ears, by using an audiometry assessment method according to the guidelines for hearing test and interpretation of auditory of the Bureau of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control (2017) 6) Willing to participate in the study 7) Those with noise hazard protection behaviors at moderate level and below.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Workers resign from work or transfer to an area that is not exposed to loud noise. 2) Workers are absent from participating in activities according to the program at least 1 time 3) Workers with suffer from accidents and illnesses that cause hearing loss 4) After participating in the program, workers do not pass variables screening criteria of monitoring.
