Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malaysian 2. Able to understand English or Malay. 3. Consent from parent or caregiver obtained for students participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physically or mentally impaired and holding a disability card. 2. Less than 6 months of school enrolment upon study commencement. 3. Participant that refuses to participate in the intervention. 4. Participant on medical leave or absence during the study period.
