Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Premature neonates with a gestational age greater than or equal to 28 weeks or less than or equal to 36 weeks. 2.Premature neonates with a birth weight greater than or equal to 500 grams. 3.Infants admitted to the ward within the first 72 hours after birth. 4.Donated milk sourced from one, or not more than two, donors from the Srinagarind Hospital Human Milk Bank. 5.Parental consent has been obtained. 6.The mother of the study participant is over 18 years of age. 7.Patients who are expected to require hospitalization for more than 14 7 days. 8.The mother is able to bring the infant for follow-up evaluation at Srinagarind Hospital within 28 days post-discharge
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants with congenital anomalies affecting the gastrointestinal tract. 2.Infants in a critical condition that may severely impact the gastrointestinal system, such as those who have undergone bowel surgery or utilize an abdominal stoma. 3.Infants who are in a critical phase and whose symptoms are unstable within the first 72 hours after birth. 4.Infants who have received probiotics. 5.Infants unable to receive milk normally or those with medical conditions, such as genetic diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, or inherited metabolic disorders. 6.Infants with structural or neurological abnormalities that prevent normal milk feeding, such as cleft lip/palate, heart disease, or cerebral palsy.
