Interventions

1. Injection of 50% ethanol into the lateral pectoral nerve, which innervates the pectoralis major muscle, using 5 milliliters under ultrasound guidance and electrical stimulation at a current of 1 mi

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 80 years and diagnosed with stroke for at least 3 months, 2. Presence of shoulder adduction spasticity with a MAS score of 1+ to 3, 3. Stable vital signs and stable physical condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of an infected wound at the treatment area (shoulder or axilla), 2. Presence of a pacemaker, 3. Pregnancy, 4. Prior injection of Botulinum toxin into any shoulder adductor muscle within the past 3 months, 5. Severe psychiatric disorders, significant cognitive impairment, or severe communication difficulties, 6. History of shoulder pathology that may result in adhesive capsulitis, such as tumors, prior shoulder surgery, shoulder osteoarthritis, or shoulder pain from other causes, 7. Presence of coagulopathy or current use of anticoagulant medications
