25 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Working as a registered nurse 2. Working directly with patient or client(s) 3. Working period at least 1 year 4. Able to Read, Write, and Understand Thai 5. Being conscious when agree to join this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Working at management level 2. During Maternity leave, Study leave, Sick leave, or Vacation leave
