Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses working in government hospitals in Malaysia 2. Nurses directly involved in handling antineoplastic drugs 3. Nurses who have completed the required tagging period and authorised to independently manage chemotherapy services involving antineoplastic drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses on long-term leave during the study period 2. Nurses who have participated in similar interventional training programmes within the past year
