Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20 years and above 2.Singleton pregnancy 3.Gestational age 11 to 13 weeks 6 days 4.Successful uterine artery Doppler assessment 5.Successful cell free DNA fetal fraction result from NIPT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age less than 20 years 2. Multiple pregnancy 3. Major fetal anomaly detected on early ultrasound
