Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older. 2. Patients who underwent retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) at Sichon Hospital. 3. Complete medical records available, including demographics, stone characteristics, operative data, and postoperative outcomes. 4. RIRS performed between October 2022 and December 2024. 5. Single-stage RIRS only (bilateral allowed if treated within the same operative session). 6. Computed tomography performed at 3 months postoperatively for assessment of stone-free status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete or missing medical records. 2. Patients who underwent additional procedures during the same admission. 3. Inability to reliably assess postoperative stone-free status, such as missing or non-interpretable CT imaging. 4. Clinical conditions that interfere with accurate outcome evaluation. 5. Staged or multi-stage RIRS performed on different days (not included in the analysis).
