Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult males and females 2. Age >14 years 3. At least one ulcerated Cutaneous Leischmaniasis lesion 4. Diagnosis confirmed by slit skin smear or biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin <10 g/dL 2. Platelet disorders 3. Abnormal baseline laboratory values 4. Diabetes mellitus 5. Severe hypovolemic conditions 6. Sepsis 7. Concurrent anti- inflammatory medications
