18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Volunteer leaders of the TO BE NUMBER ONE Friend Center in the TO BE NUMBER ONE Club in educational institutions at the upper basic education level and vocational education level 2) No gender restrictions, age 18-24 years 3) Have a low level of morale from an assessment using a mental strength assessment 4) Voluntarily provide information 5) Have no history of psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder from information on medical history from the educational institution 6) Do not have anxiety disorders or substance dependence (except nicotine) from information on medical history from the educational institution 7) Able to participate in the program for the full research period 8) Able to follow the researcher's recommendations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to participate in the entire program. 2) Unable to follow the researcher's instructions.
