Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-85 years old 2. Diagnosed Closed Intertrochanteric fracture 3. ASA physical status II-III 4. Body weight over 40 kilograms Height over 140 centrimeters BMI 18 -30 5. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug allergy in research 2. Contraindication for spinal anesthesia 3. Contraindication for Fascia Iliaca Compartment block 4. Abnormal spine or pheripheral nerve 5. Severe cardiac disease or contraindication for volume overload 6. Multiple fracture bone 7. Revision surgery
