Prostate cancer Hypofractionated and conventional radiation therapy in Prostate cancer.

Interventions

Hypofractionated radiotherapy 60gray/20fractions for 4 weeks treatment duration.,Conventional radiotherapy 70gray/35fractions for 7 weeks treatment duration.

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Male
Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients with prostatic adenocarcinoma. 2-patients aged 18-80 years old. 3-no other malignancy. 4-patients with intermediate ,high and very high risk stratifications. 5- patients with performance status 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patients with metastatic disease. 2-poor performance status. 3-patients younger than 18 years and more than 80 years. 4-patients with contraindications for radiotherapy. 5-Histological type other than adenocarcinoma. 6-Patients with significant comorbidities might affect treatment completion and follow up. 7-Presence of other malignancies.
