Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suspected NTG versus POAG with complete EMR data of diurnal IOP (8.00,10.00,12.00,14.00,16.00) since 1/1/2017 to 30/6/2025 2. Age > 40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case glaucoma 2. On glaucoma medication or washout period < 6 weeks 3. History of glaucoma surgery 4. History of laser for glaucoma treatment 5. No record of Applanation IOP
