Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individual 1.Age 60 years or older 2.Individuals who are not caregivers or legal guardians of patients with dementia 3.Those who are free of brain diseases and diseases related to voice and language, as determined by pre-interview Individuals with NPH (Dementia) 1.Age 60 years or older 2.Confirmed by head MRI Have adequate cognitive function to understand and perform the training and assessment (Mini-3.Mental Status Examination higer than 20 points) 4.Those who have been fully informed of the purpose, content, etc. of the study and have voluntarily signed an informed consent form prior to the study and do not meet any of the exclusion criteria. 5.Able to be monitored during the test period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1.If outpatient follow-up is discontinued 2.If the subject did not consent 3.If the subject is unable to clearly express his/her intentions due to brain disease Judgment by the principal investigator, co-investigator, and neuropsychological laboratory examiner after neuropsychological testing is performed 4.The following conditions other than brain disease have been identified (conditions related to voice and speech) 4.1ENT conditions: common cold, vocal cord nodules, throat tumors, paralysis of cranial nerves that control the tongue and throat muscles 4.2Respiratory diseases: asthma, pneumonia, pulmonary edema, bronchial and lung cancer 4.3Endocrine diseases: hypothyroidism, growth hormone-secreting pituitary adenomas 4.4Chronic fatigue
