20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, 20-50 years old and No smoking. 2.Exposed group: grill shop workers regularly exposed to grill smoke (n is 40). 3.Control group: workers not occupationally exposed to grill smoke (n is 20). 4.No acute infection or influenza-like illness at the time of assessment (e.g., high fever or symptoms suggesting active infection). 5.Willing and able to voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe chronic diseases diagnosed by a physician, such as Cardiovascular disease, Renal failure, Significant active infection, Recent major surgery, Liver disease, gout, cancer, and Genetic diseases (e.g., thalassemia). 2. Conditions that may limit cooperation, such as, Psychosis, Drug addiction, and Alcoholism. 3. Refusal to participate or decision to withdraw at any time.
