Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients presenting with blunt abdominal trauma. 2-Positive FAST examination (presence of free intraperitoneal fluid or suspected injury).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-Hemodynamically unstable patients unable to undergo CT. 2-Patients with contraindications to CT (contrast allergy, severe renal impairment). 3-Pregnant patients. -Patients or guardians refusing participation.
