Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women (single) 20week until 36 weeks 6 day At least the risk of preterm birth according to the Risk Assessment Form This research focuses on prevention in groups with a history of risk prior to pregnancy or in this pregnancy, so the minimum gestational age range is determined according to the definition of the World Health Organization, Medium, high, to provide proper care, 2. You can come to the antenatal unit of Phrapokklao Hospital for an appointment, Chanthaburi every 1-2 weeks, 3. Able to communicate by phone throughout the research, 4. Able to read and write Thai No hearing problems vision Speech or use of language, 5. Voluntarily participate in research projects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The sample requested to withdraw from the research without any impact on the sample, 2. The sample did not complete the research process or wished to terminate the trial, 3. Subjects with severe complications
