Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty patients 2. Age more than 40 years old 3. Participants were required to have electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablets that can download the applications TUH for All 4. Can use telemedicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was unable to ambulate with walking aids after surgery 2. Range of house not more than 50 km. from hospital
