Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed as being in the terminal stage of illness according to the operational definition of the Department of Medical Services (2024). 2.Aged 18 years or older. 3.Receiving care at Khao Khitchakut Hospital or within its primary healthcare network. 4.Having a family member or primary caregiver who can provide information or participate in research activities. 5.The patient or primary caregiver provides written informed consent to participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unconscious or unable to communicate effectively. 2.Patients with severe psychiatric disorders or behavioral problems that may interfere with participation. 3.Patients or family members who decline participation or withdraw consent during the study period.
