Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 65 years presenting to ED with any chief complaint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Immediate need for intubation, HFNC, or NIV on arrival 3.Conditions interfering with ultrasound (pneumothorax, major chest trauma) 4.Prior known diaphragmatic injury or upper abdominal/thoracic surgery 5.Poor ultrasound window or patient withdrawal 6.Significant discomfort during the procedure 7.Time >20 minutes required for ultrasound
