Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. University student patients from Naresuan University and Chiang Mai University who received treatment for self-harm at Naresuan University Hospital and Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital at any service point including the psychiatric outpatient department, psychiatric inpatient ward or other inpatient units, emergency department, and student health clinics. The first self-harm episode occurring between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2024, was defined as Episode 0, and participants were subsequently followed for 6 months (180 days) to identify repeated self-harm episodes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who died at the initial episode (at the start of the study). 2.Patients with unclear evidence of self-harm at baseline. 3.Patients whose medical records could not be traced or were missing
