Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged 18 years or older. 2.Diagnosed for the first time with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by World Health 3.Organization (WHO) criteria within one month after onset. 4.Having mild disability with Barthel Index score 15 or higher. 5.Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score 20 or higher. 6.Able to communicate and understand Thai language. 7.Independent in activities of daily living before stroke onset. 8.Basic Activities of Daily Living (BADL) performed independently. 9.Ambulation classified as Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) level 4 or 5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable medical conditions including acute heart failure chronic heart failure with New York 2.Heart Association NYHA class 3 or higher acute myocardial infarction within the past 3 months or chronic lung disease requiring oxygen therapy or dyspnea on exertion. 3.Uncontrolled epilepsy. 4.Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent. 5.Unable to attend the follow up visit at 3 months.
