Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged between 60 and 80 years. 2. Able to read and write in Thai. 3. Fully oriented. 4. No hearing or vision problems. 5. No depressive symptoms. 6. No dementia. 7. No health conditions that limit participation. 8. Owns a communication device with internet access. 9. Willing to participate in the research project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete all lessons as scheduled. 2. Develops acute illness after starting the activities, such as hypotension, shortness of breath, chest pain, or dizziness. 3. Unwilling to participate in the research project
