Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) between 25-39.90 kg per meter square 2. Good balance and cooperation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological disease, e.g., Epilepsy, Stroke 2. Musculoskeletal disease, e.g., Osteoarthritis, Muscular dystrophy 3. Pulmonary disease, e.g., asthma, COPD 4. non-communicable diseases, e.g., hypertension, DM, Dyslipidemia, Myocardial infarction/ischemic heart disease 5. Cardiovascular disease, e.g., Myocardial infarction/ischemic heart disease 6. Current smoking status 7. Using a weight loss drug or a diuretic drug
